Congratulations to our new Manager of the Quarter for Q4 2022, NeShawn Benjamin

NeShawn Benjamin, a customer service manager, has been in her role since July 2018. NeShawn successfully increased her department's quality scores by coaching her staff and facilitating training for Medicare Part A during biweekly sessions. She continually looks for ways to improve processes within her department and for the company. Most recently, NeShawn  participated in various projects and initiatives that promote the company's core values of improving service, quality, and innovation. She also encourages her peers to commit to personal development. According to her team, "We can attribute much of our success to NeShawn's continued commitment to inspire and motivate all of us."
