As the summer Aspiring Leaders Cohort continues its leadership development journey, Palmetto GBA is recognizes all associates who completed the virtual program. Sponsored by Human Resources, Aspiring Leaders is a three-month program for early-to mid-career associates interested in future front-line supervisor and manager roles.

During eleven virtual sessions, participants use the Birkman assessment to better understand their leadership and communication styles. The program also covers leadership fundamentals and conflict management while giving participants opportunities to learn from mentors and experienced leaders.

Aspiring leaders helps associates strengthen skills they can use in their current positions while preparing for future leadership opportunities. This program is one way Palmetto GBA invests in developing talent from within the company.
