Brianna Culla, Auditor II and Katherine Miles, Auditor II redesigned the duplicate testing template used for Medicare Cost Report Worksheet S-10 audits to make the process easier and more consistent across Jurisdictions J and M. The updated format aligns data, includes key formulas and automatically moves provider information to the next step. By reducing manual formatting and data entry, the template helps prevent errors and gives auditors more time to focus on more complex areas of review.
