New Leaders Continue Growing Through Management Development Program

Congratulations to Palmetto GBA’s recent New Leaders graduates. These leaders took the initiative to continue building their skills, strengthen the way they support their teams and grow their understanding of the business.

The New Leaders program is designed for current managers who have completed Human Resource’s Emerging Leaders program. It builds on that foundation by helping participants take a closer look at leadership through three focus areas: Managing Yourself, Managing Others and Managing Your Business.

Throughout the program, participants explored topics such as learning agility, communication, time management, team leadership, operations management and dealing with change. They also completed a development plan tied to a personal goal connecting their interests and growth areas with a business need at Palmetto GBA.

“Participating in the Palmetto GBA Management Development Program has been a great experience… New managers are destined to gain so much from the exposure. From the mentor program to the guest speakers, this program will not disappoint.”

   - Shavonne Samuel, Support Operations Manager

Please join us in congratulating this group of leaders on completing the program.
