Ambulatory Surgical Center Review (ASC MR) Operations Team

Since beginning its work in January 2026, the ASC MR Operations Team managed competing priorities with a small staff while continuing to deliver high-quality work. Team members supported one another as needs shifted, helping the group remain focused and accountable to its goals. Their commitment and collaboration have allowed this newly formed team to build a strong foundation for continued success.

Implementation of a Post-Training Survey for Outpatient Department (OPD) Training Activities

Team members: Christina Gilbert, Stevie Johnson, Sarah Medeiros, Bonnie Moore, Rachel Payne, Rachel Rueff, Christina Walls and Lendi Watkins 

The training team implemented a standardized post-training survey for Hospital OPD training sessions, creating a consistent way to collect feedback. Survey results help the team evaluate facilitator effectiveness and determine whether learners are ready for preceptorship. The feedback also highlights ways to improve future sessions and keep training aligned with day-to-day medical review work.
