Division 34 recognizes associates for exemplary work in the first quarter of 2022
Coach of the Quarter – Jonathan Campbell
Jonathan Campbell, a Statistical Programming III Analyst, is always looking for ways to help his coworkers grow and learn in their roles. Even when busy with his workload, he takes the time to assist others with their projects. Jonathan mentors newly hired associates, ensuring new team members quickly get set up and integrated with the team, coaching them through their first few assignments, and providing feedback to management on their progress. His eagerness to coach and mentor is obvious, and Jonathan's sincere concern and care for each team member positively influences team morale and job satisfaction.
Team of the Quarter - Portal Team – eServices Inbox Rewrite
The Portal Team – eServices Inbox Rewrite, embarked on a journey to permanently change the lives of our providers for the better. They implemented a complete redesign of the massive singular inbox feature in the portal. The result was two separate features that focused on giving the providers access to the specific data they needed quickly. The messaging center provides real-time status of the forms that providers submit, including unique tracking numbers (UTNs) and Decisions Where Applicable (DWA).
The inbox center now focuses on the delivery of mail from Palmetto GBA to the provider entity. Both features were enhanced to provide a variety of filters to assist in quickly locating the records needed. Additionally, a view for internal users was added so customer support representatives can see what the provider sees in both sections to better assist with questions or troubleshooting.
Team Members: Robbie Cassel, Shweta Gajjar, Jayaprakash Gude, Frances Hui, Bhavana Kakumanu, Chiranjeevi Munaga, Andrey Newton, Bharathi Pallerla, Sudharani Parise, Candice Rabon, Jane Salter, and Cameron Stringfellow

Process Improvement of the Quarter - Joint Signature Memorandum (JSM) Automation Project
This process improvement, the Joint Signature Memorandum (JSM) Automation Project, enables the creation of the JSM package in real-time and in an efficient manner. The legacy process, which was completed twice a year, was not as efficient or accurate as this new method.
The new procedure can pull the status of each automated and manual check, along with the associated information, and compile it with the click of a button. A major enhancement that made this possible was the automation of pulling down the Security Configuration Checklists (SCC) weekly, allowing greater time for automation of checks and reducing the number of manual checks.
The new process facilitates the regular creation of the JSM package and, as a result, allows quality checks to be done continuously in preparation for the Section 912 Audits. It has significantly contributed to maintaining an excellent system security posture.
Team Members: Lafarrah Brantley, Paige Easley, Lauri Ferguson, Ray St. John, Jaideep Pinglikar, and Scott Strange

Whether working with internal or external groups, David sought the best outcome for all involved, exemplifying the core values of the team. He stepped up and voluntarily covered additional on-call rotations, putting the needs of the team and company first. His devotion to assisting the team and commitment to their normal work ensured the team still met all its deadlines and maintained the system’s routine reporting without any interruptions.
