Palmetto GBA is proud to congratulate its recent graduates of the Management Development Program. This program, created in 2019, was designed with topics essential for becoming a successful leader.

The program's goal is to equip new leaders with additional skills and knowledge to support their transition into Palmetto GBA management. The program is designed for leaders within their first two years of management at Palmetto GBA. The “New Leader” track is for leaders in their first year as a manager or supervisor while the “Developing Leader” track is for leaders with two plus years of supervisor or management experience in Palmetto GBA.

The program emphasizes three broad areas of focus — managing yourself, managing others, and managing the business. Palmetto GBA’s senior staff support the program through mentoring, lending their expertise in creating workshop materials, being a guest speaker, or facilitating a workshop.

Completion of the program is a significant achievement. This year Palmetto GBA congratulates its 2021 Management Development Program graduates:
