Palmetto GBA Congratulates its 2021 Aspiring Leaders Program Graduates

Palmetto GBA congratulates its twenty-four recent graduates of the Aspiring Leaders Program. The program is designed for Palmetto GBA associates who feel ready to take the next step into a management role. The program educates participants on the meaning of being a manager and helps them determine if a leadership role is the right path for them. The program includes educational videos, mentorship training, critical thinking skills, and test-taking strategies. The Aspiring Leaders Program began in 2020 with thirty participants. The 2021 graduates represent the second group to complete the program with two of the members of the class being promoted to leadership roles before graduation. “It’s wonderful to work for a company that invests in its employees with the opportunities for invaluable growth” says James Gilbert, 2021 Aspiring Leaders program graduate.

Participants have access to online professional development content and will partner with mentors and leaders to identify associated experiential learning opportunities. Palmetto GBA announces its most recent graduates of the 2021 Aspiring Leaders Pilot Program:
