When the Jurisdiction J Provider Enrollment director position became vacant in July 2023, Kelly Temple, director of claims customer service in Jurisdiction M Appeals, stepped in temporarily to oversee the Jurisdiction J Provider Enrollment Operations. Her excellent performance, despite her lack of provider enrollment (PE) experience, has earned her the Manager of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2024. She read the manuals and quickly identified PE experts for guidance. Kelly ensured all deliverables and actions were handled properly and was instrumental in responding to escalated inquiries. Her devotion to customer service is extraordinary as demonstrated by her willingness to help resolve a problem for a provider after hours on a Friday. Kelly also volunteered to represent Provider Enrollment at the MACtoberfest conference when subject matter experts were not able to attend.
