Division 1M – Jurisdiction J, Customer Service
Latisha Watson
Latisha Watson, Customer Service Coordinator, has been recognized as Division 1M’s Associate of the Month for her outstanding service and dedication. Latisha consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients feel supported, approaching every interaction with professionalism, empathy and a genuine commitment to excellence. Her ability to manage both routine requests and complex situations with steady confidence has strengthened client trust and elevated the service standard within her department.
Latisha is also a valued mentor to new team members, offering guidance and encouragement that helps them transition smoothly and feel immediately welcomed. Her positive energy and uplifting attitude make a meaningful impact on team morale, creating an environment where colleagues feel motivated and supported. Division 4M – Prior Authorization Programs
Bonnie Moore
Bonnie Moore, Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator, has been recognized for her outstanding leadership during the development of the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Prior Authorization line of business. Throughout this transition, she has played a key role in guiding the ASC team, offering consistent mentorship and support that have helped staff feel prepared and confident in their responsibilities.
Alongside her ASC work, Bonnie has also stepped in to assist other teams as needed, serving as a reliable resource during periods of change and new guideline implementation. She works closely with leadership to help shape effective processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. While managing a broad range of responsibilities, Bonnie continues to meet and exceed expectations, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.
Division 6M – Jurisdiction J Operations, Audit & Reimbursement
Cailin Jackson
Cailin Jackson has been recognized for her exceptional motivation, productivity and commitment to quality since joining the team. She consistently delivers excellent service during the Uniform Desk Review process, keeping providers informed and ensuring reviews are completed accurately and efficiently. Her attention to detail has resulted in a reduction in review notes while still maintaining strong communication with leadership.
In her position as Auditor I, Cailin is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and supporting team initiatives. She has contributed to process improvements, assisted with testing new tools and workflows and helped identify enhancements for future updates. Her involvement in key audits and her willingness to take on new responsibilities demonstrate her reliability and drive. Cailin has become a highly productive, valued member of the department who strives to make positive contributions every day.
Division 10 – Support Operations
ShaMani Caldwell
ShaMani Caldwell, Senior Provider Enrollment Analyst, has been selected as Associate of the Month in recognition of her exceptional performance and ongoing commitment to team success. Since her recent promotion to Senior Analyst, she has remained consistently ahead of her workload while offering proactive support to peers on system and processing questions. Her willingness to take on additional tasks and overtime has directly contributed to meeting key team goals.
ShaMani’s initiative has helped elevate team efficiency, and she consistently meets all production and quality expectations with professionalism and reliability.

Richard Murphy
Richard Murphy, Auditor I, has been recognized for his outstanding commitment to service, quality and teamwork. Richard consistently provides accurate, timely support to internal and external stakeholders and plays a key role in maintaining high standards through his audit of desk reviews across multiple teams. His willingness to share knowledge and assist others strengthens team performance and enhances overall service delivery.
Richard also actively promotes quality by training new team members on core processes and offering guidance that supports consistency and accuracy. His dedication to communication and collaboration – whether through mentoring or initiatives that foster camaraderie – makes him a great asset to the team. His contributions to process improvement and community engagement further demonstrate his initiative and support of the team's values and success.
Division 34 – Systems & Support
Saritha Stambam
Saritha Stambam has been recognized as Associate of the Month for her commitment to process improvement and collaboration. As a Statistical Programming Analyst III, Saritha plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of Home Health Review Choice Demonstration tasks and leads important initiatives that improve consistency and strengthen reporting across the division.
Saritha is also deeply committed to supporting her team. She takes time to explain the “why” behind data, offers thoughtful guidance and helps others build confidence in their work. Her willingness to share knowledge make her a trusted partner and a standout contributor on her team and the broader organization.
Division 54 – Finance & Accounting
Savannah Tolonese
Savannah Tolonese , Accountant III, has been recognized for her outstanding commitment to supporting her team and driving process improvements. She ensures both new and experienced team members feel confident by taking time to explain processes, create job aids and deliver refresher trainings. Her willingness to guide others and collaborate on training initiatives strengthens communication and consistency across the team.
Savannah also demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, proactively identifying issues and offering solutions that enhance workflow reliability. Through her collaboration and focus on continuous improvement, Savannah brings valuable support to the department.
Division 93 – Augusta Operations
Elizabeth “Marie” Tompkins
Elizabeth “Marie” Tompkins, a Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) Medical Review Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator, has been recognized for her commitment to quality and team support. In her role, Marie leads new-hire training and continued education. She helps staff understand review processes and stay informed when requirements change. She is known for being patient, dependable and supportive of both her colleagues and the management team.
Marie also contributes to process improvement and quality performance across the department. She researched complex skin substitute claims and helped develop a checklist to guide claims decisions. She also serves as a key resource for Evaluation and Management claims, which require a higher level of critical thinking. Marie has created refresher trainings and memos that have helped the team achieve a high-quality average this fiscal year. Through her subject matter knowledge and focus on quality, Marie brings a high-level of expertise to RRB Medical Review and helps the team maintain strong performance.
Divisions 5/29 – Shared Services
Shawna Woodley
Shawna Woodley has been recognized as Associate of the Month for her exceptional service and commitment to quality. As a Senior Medical Reviewer, Shawna is a vital support to both the Jurisdiction M and Jurisdiction J Part A Appeals teams, consistently ensuring timeliness, providing thorough research and stepping in to assist with claim reviews. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make her a trusted resource across the team.
She promotes quality by delivering clear, accurate guidance and maintaining excellent attention to detail in her own work. Shawna also plays an active role in multiple Celebrate Process Improvement initiatives, improving reporting, organization and workflow efficiency. Her dedication and collaborative spirit strengthen the department.
