Division 28 recognizes associates for exemplary work in the third quarter of 2022

Coach of the Quarter – Sue Anderson

Sue Anderson, a Medical Review Supervisor, is an exceptional leader who ensures her team is confident and provides excellent quality and service. Recently, Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) has resumed, and the team has experienced an increased workload. With Sue's leadership, the team has been able to successfully process this work. According to her team, "Sue embodies everything about being a great nurse, leader, and teacher. We are grateful for her guidance, her work, and her heart." Congratulations to Sue on being named our Coach of the Quarter for Division 28!

Process Improvement of the Quarter – S-10 Schedule Reporting

The S-10 Schedule Report was missing a simple but effective workflow process. This process includes the ability to add an individual staff reporting tab for quick viewing of all due dates and a management reports tab to compile all workload categories by date. The individual staff reporting tab decreases the time needed to access an individual's upcoming as well as completed workload. The management reports tab allows management to view individual-level completed work as part of weekly and monthly production reporting. This new process, although simple, is very effective, will save time, and will provide access to real-time data. Congratulations!

Team Members: Dawn Mackey and Christina Strum-Matthews

Associate of the Month (July) – Michelle Dunaway

Michelle Dunaway, a Medical Reviewer II, is a true team player. She works with other reviewers to ensure that they understand and feel confident in all aspects of their job. According to her team, she presents an "openness where we all feel comfortable asking questions when we need a little more guidance." For her teamwork and leadership, we are excited to announce Michelle as our Associate of the Month for Division 28.
