Division 28 employees’ dedication to excellence earns them quarterly award honors

Each quarter, divisions within Palmetto GBA recognize employees for exceptional performance. Please help us congratulate our first quarter honorees.

Division 28 process improvement creates a streamlined database to better serve customers

During the first quarter, a team of Division 28 employees recognized that Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) providers in Illinois would benefit from a more comprehensive database. The solution they developed earned them their division’s Process Improvement of the Quarter.

By adding fields to the standard criteria tables, the team was able to increase the accuracy of provider RCD cycle information and streamline the way data is organized.

With the new information collected, code was written to read the current and previous cycle choices on the table. This allows streamlined updates to the providers cycle choice.
