CX honoree Latoiya Scott seizes opportunity to have positive impact on customers
The Customer Experience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.
“Every time you interact with someone, it's an opportunity to affect their life in a positive or negative way. And I choose the positive way,” said Latoiya Scott, Senior Claims Research Analyst. “Customer service is about assisting the customer to the best of your ability and ensuring a positive experience.”
Provider Outreach Education Manager Belinda Marin praised Scott’s dedication to assisting Palmetto GBA’s customers.
“Latoiya really knows the importance of customer service experience,” Marin said. “This is due to her extensive Medicare knowledge and her willingness to find a resolution for our customers.”
