Susan encourages associates to share their ideas and concerns and plays a pivotal role in keeping the Medicare Technical Support team focused. With numerous change requests from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Agile projects, and standard quarterly releases, she ensures department priorities align with business goals. During the second quarter, Susan was key in leading collaborative meetings with multiple departments, which resulted in new forms and a tracking process that eliminates the potential for private information disclosure errors.

Whether it’s conveying complex technical information or providing project updates, Susan communicates with clarity and transparency.
