Raul Matawaran earns Customer Xperience Award by remembering the Golden Rule

The Customer Xperience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.

“Customer service for me is providing high-quality service and taking care of the customers’ needs in a prompt, polite and professional manner,” says Chief Financial Analyst Raul Matawaran.

When interacting with customers, Matawaran says it is important to employ the Golden Rule and to treat others with the same level of care and respect he expects.

“True customer service means engaging with the customer in a manner that makes them comfortable speaking with me and feel at ease enough to be able to share their concerns and ask questions about issues that may not be clear to them,” he said. “This is the kind of customer service I would want to receive. I believe in treating all people, not just customers, in the same manner I would like to be treated.”
