Manager of the Quarter, President Chisolm, never backs away from a challenge.

President Chisolm, Customer Service Manager, for the Provider Contact Center (PCC) pushes his team toPresident Chisolm meet goals while mentoring the agents to be all they can be. He has assisted many leaders in the PCC with projects to earn Call Center Management Certification. Just as important as his business coaching skills is how he listens to feedback - with kindness and a smile. NeShawn Mack, PCC Manager, stated,” President is a GREAT asset to our management team. I look forward to him being with the Palmetto GBA family for years to come.”

President never backs away from a challenge and has stepped in to assist. When the company converted to a new time management system, President learned the system details and helped guide PCC staff during the change. His initiative during this time kept the team running smoothly. President also took a lead in the rapid transition of staff to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. He continues to be a strong support for them.

His leadership at work goes beyond our office to championing community service. President recently led the team’s Goodwill Job Connections goods drive. For his positive impact within the PCC, President was recognized as Palmetto GBA’s Manager of the Quarter for the 2020 fourth quarter.
