Thankam Gangadharananairlp
Sr. Business System Analyst II Thankam Gangadharananairlp has been recognized for outstanding coaching, clear communication and the ability to make complex technical documentation and requirements accessible. She developed onboarding materials, project plans and best‑practice checklists that accelerate ramp‑up and keep teams aligned. After working closely with two teams, they saw improved performance and those team members started taking on more complex tasks with confidence. Thankam significantly enhanced the team’s analytical capabilities, resulting in an improvement in efficiency and insight generation.
Her recognition‑oriented leadership style fosters camaraderie celebrates wins and strengthens collaboration across departments. For helping build a stronger, more capable team, Thankam has earned Associate of the Month honors.

Automate QUAL 837D Acknowledgement Validation

The team is recognized for delivering multiple high‑value improvements through automation and scalable test systems. The new processes modernized workflows by automating test claim generation, building a dedicated test environment and acknowledgements and validations. What had taken hours of manual review was reduced to minutes while improving consistency and traceability.
Results were significant with thousands of test claims created automatically, thousands of files and millions of claims validated and thousands of files processed in less than five hours. These new workflows reduce the possibility of human error, accelerate root‑cause analysis, support enterprise‑scale volumes and elevate productivity, compliance and overall data quality.

Comparative Billing Reports (CBR) Topic Selection Tool Team
Team Members: Jeniffer Abrams, Miguel Brito, Sanoussy Diallo, Albert Harrison, Jazz Harrison and Eric Marshall
The CBR Data Driven Topic Selection Tool Team has been recognized for exceptional initiative and cross‑divisional collaboration in developing a data‑driven CBR/eCBR topic selection tool. The team developed a monthly reporting solution that uses statistical logic across multiple areas to flag potential education topics by impact, high, medium, or low.
The tool transforms a months‑long process into a single meeting. The automated monthly report eliminates initial data runs by embedding analytics, and strengthens quality, timeliness and contract alignment. This collaborative effort materially improves efficiency, decision‑making, and Medicare program integrity.
