The Customer Experience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.

“Customer service means showing the best version of yourself to others you may come into contact with,” said Pam Hall, Accounting Technician III.

Accounting Supervisor Jennifer Covington said internal and external customers see Hall’s best version and “are able to feel and appreciate her hard work and dedication while she provides assistance to meet their needs.”

Hall believes this approach is important as she is representing something bigger than herself.

“The Customer Xperience initiative shows that Palmetto GBA really cares about internal and external customers and that our customers are our priority,” Hall said. “When you treat people with patience, compassion and accuracy, they know they're dealing with a company that cares.”
