After hearing enthusiastic recommendations from coworkers, Tracy Robinson decided to explore Pathstream, one of Palmetto GBA's key career development programs for employees. Using Pathstream's career assessment, she reviewed several suggested pathways and ultimately selected the Operational Excellence and Process Improvement Certification, which aligned with her current responsibilities as a quality management coordinator.

In addition to the core coursework, she completed several optional short modules on Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking and Communication. These quick, practical sessions added valuable soft‑skill development to her learning experience.

The certification itself stood out for being clear, well‑structured, and surprisingly comprehensive. Even with prior experience in Root Cause Analysis and process improvement, Tracy found the content engaging and effective. The introduction to project management was particularly useful, giving her new tools she could apply immediately.

Since completing the program, she has seen a direct benefit in her daily work. The training strengthened her approach to quality, problem solving and continuous improvement—especially when addressing recurring issues and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The project management foundations have also helped her manage multiple initiatives more efficiently.

Pathstream offers employees nine certificate programs along with a wide range of tools and activities designed to build soft skills, improve time management, reduce stress and strengthen team engagement. Employees can also meet with a career coach to discuss challenges, goals and strategies for achieving their best work life.
