Employee Spotlight: Georgina Chiejile

After 15 years of work in banking operations, Georgina Chiejile longed for a new challenge. With a strong educational background—including an undergraduate accounting degree and an MBA—and a wealth of financial expertise she was a perfect fit for Palmetto GBA’s auditing team. Georgina joined Palmetto GBA as an auditor I and was promoted to auditor II after three years of outstanding performance.
“This job gave me the opportunity to harness and utilize the finance experience I already have, into efficiently achieving the desired work goal in an audit field,” said Georgina.
In her role as an auditor, she has been a standout member of the Audit and Reimbursement team. Georgina thrives on comparing cost reports to regulatory expectations and credits her supervisor for fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Her journey reflects the department’s commitment to excellence, learning and collaboration.
Fully Engaged
Georgina has made the most of the Palmetto GBA community and company benefits. An avid fan of the Sports+ wellness benefit, she and a group of officemates regularly take advantage of the discounts to road races, outdoor centers and local events. Georgina also gives back to her community as a new member of the Corporate Safety Committee and by participating in fundraising activities. Georgina was on the winning team of the 2025 United Way Toss for Hope Cornhole Tournament.
Georgina Chiejile’s journey is a testament to the power of embracing new challenges and making the most of every opportunity. Her dedication, collaborative spirit and active engagement within Palmetto GBA and the broader community continue to inspire those around her.
