Division 93 associates identified an opportunity to streamline training quiz creation and analysis by transitioning from SurveyMonkey® to Microsoft Forms. While SurveyMonkey required a paid subscription, Microsoft Forms offers a more user-friendly experience, enhanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven suggestions and at no additional cost. This is a win, win for the team and earned them the Process Improvement of the Quarter Award.
To support this change, the team developed a comprehensive guide detailing how to create quizzes, access analysis, and manage shared content within Forms.
