Division 4M recognizes associates for exemplary work in the fourth quarter of 2022
Coach of the Quarter – Tabitha Staples
Tabitha Staples, a Medical Review Supervisor, actively serves as co-chair for the Wellness Committee and Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) University and collaborates with others to ensure the successful development of new Medical Reviewers (MR) IIs. She is equally committed to her peers and is often one of the first to volunteer to cover other supervisor teams when the need arises. Recently, Tabitha served as a peer mentor for one of the new RCD MR supervisors. She also conducted training sessions for other new supervisors and routinely invested time in keeping the New Supervisor Training Manual updated. Tabitha has established a strong connection with her team of reviewers through positivity, encouragement, and accessibility. She maintains an "open door" policy and conducts effective, informative weekly team meetings. Congratulations, Tabitha, on being named our Coach of the Quarter.
Team of the Quarter – The RCD Medical Review Preceptors
The RCD Medical Review Preceptors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The preceptors are constantly working toward bettering their own understanding to ensure they are giving the correct direction. The past year presented some unique challenges and learning experiences for this team (new regulations, large training classes, and schedule variations), and the preceptors adapted and adjusted to each new challenge. This team's hard work and ongoing efforts to better themselves and those they serve are why we are excited to have them as our Team of the Quarter for Division 4M.

Process Improvement of the Quarter – RCD Medical Reviewer, II (MRII) Evergreen Requisition and New Hire Process
The Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) has many Medical Reviewer IIs (MR), who are broken out into 17 supervisor teams. Therefore, recruiting efforts are ongoing and simultaneous. Prior to implementation of the consolidated MR II recruitment process, simultaneous recruitment resulted in multiple job postings and duplication of efforts throughout the phases of recruitment—meeting with the assigned recruiter, resume screening, candidate interviews, selection for offer, and ordering work equipment.
The establishment and implementation of an integrated, department wide MRII new hire process resulted in a more streamlined recruiting process. This resulted in improved efficiency, reduced duplication and redundancy, improved quality of candidate selection, and a seamless experience for RCD MRII new hires. This overall improved process is projected to save a significant amount of time for recruiters, applicants, and beyond. Congratulations to our RCD MR team for being named our Process Improvement of the Quarter.
Team Members: Kim Benos, Keri Ann Bush, Jeana Carroll, Michelle Charping, Sherie Crosby, Christina Grable, Christen Kyzer, Jennifer LaFon, Gina Metts, and Kellie Schultz

Her leadership skills are strong, and her commitment to self-development and the company is always at the forefront of her daily duties. Congratulations, Daisy, on being named our Associate of the Month!

Tiffani Heyl, a Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator, is a trusted, reliable, and knowledgeable member of her department. She is one to always jump at the opportunity to help others in a fun and engaging way, no matter how big or small the task. Tiffani excels in various areas on the Quality Assurance (QA) team. She was a preceptor to several reviewers before coming to the QA team; she has trained several classes of new employees and continues to be a valuable resource for them when needed.
