Process Improvement of the Quarter – Accessing Additional Development Requests (ADRs), Results Letters, and Notification Letters using Content Manager On-demand (CMOD)
To help improve customer service, a streamlined process for accessing ADRs, results, and notification letters for the provider community was implemented. The Provider Call Center and Provider Outreach and Education teams can now pull the necessary letters during their communication with providers, eliminating the need to request reports from the Data Strategy team and reducing wait time. This improvement also reduces costs by eliminating the need for a daily nurse resource. The goal is to provide efficient and effective support to the provider community.
