Wage Index Letter Form
Team Members: Georgina Chiejile, Stephanie Gandy, Maria Helena Miguel de Almeida and LaDiamond Shaw,
The Wage Index Letter Form team is honored with Process Improvement of the Quarter for creating a unified, automated template that streamlines 14 wage index letter types. The process automatically pulls audit preparer, reviewer, and provider details, eliminating the need to log into multiple systems for each letter. The template also standardizes formatting and language across all correspondence. This improvement cuts letter‑preparation time from 18 to eight minutes and enhances accuracy, efficiency and overall service to providers.

Wage Index Warriors & Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Compliance Champions
Team Members: Nakia King, James Page, Angela Spillis and Nichole Terry
The Wage Index Warriors & IRF Compliance Champions delivered an outstanding performance during one of the most demanding periods of the year.
