Recently, the team implemented a proactive plan to enhance internal work processes, which included holding regular team meetings to devise action plans and implementation measures. This resulted in significant improvements of current procedures and the creation of process improvements. The CBIC POE team is committed to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers and continues to improve customer satisfaction by conducting audits and evaluations, regularly evaluating work processes, and verifying the accuracy of available resources. The team values feedback and takes a proactive approach to strengthen confidence and achieve trust. Over the past ten months, the team has implemented 13 process improvements, demonstrating their commitment to superior customer service. Process Improvement of the Quarter – Streamline Vangent Misroutes Process

Before the process improvement, Jurisdictions J (JJ) and M (JM) Vangent misroutes had to be printed, batched, and indexed for record keeping. This process required multiple team members to be involved in every step. After the implementation of the new workflow, only one associate can print, send, and archive from the Vangent workflow. This improvement has increased efficiency, allowing the submitting associate to handle all the process steps and freeing up time for other team members to focus on other workflow tasks. We congratulate this team for being named our Division 10 Process Improvement of the Quarter.
