Sara Barr
Sara Barr, a business analyst II in Provider Enrollment, is Division 10’s July Associate of the Month. Sara consistently delivers exceptional customer service to educate others on the enrollment process and the systems they use daily. Whether supporting new hires or offering refreshers, she listens actively, asks thoughtful questions and responds with empathy and respect. Her deep understanding of the tools and platforms used by analysts, paired with her commitment to staying current and solving problems, makes her a standout team member.
Associate of the Month – September
Brittney Watkins
Division 10 is honoring Brittney Watkins as the September Associate of the Month because she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism in her dual role as training coordinator and training specialist. Her proactive approach to onboarding, commitment to high-quality training delivery and consistent collaboration across teams have made a significant impact. With more than 273 hours of training facilitated and a 97.5 percent evaluation score, Brittney exemplifies excellence. Her positive attitude, reliability and genuine care for both colleagues and customers make her a valued member of her team.
Coach of the Quarter
John Mott
Recognized for his exceptional leadership and dedication, John Mott was named the Q3 Coach of the Quarter. A project manager for Eastern Region Site Verification Services, John has been the driving force behind significant process improvements. From reviewing submissions for accuracy to creating collaborative tools that streamline workflows, John consistently exceeds expectations to ensure quality and efficiency. His commitment to cross-training, professional development and fostering a culture of teamwork has strengthened his department. John’s proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to assist in every aspect of operations make him a valuable asset to the team.

Quality Assurance
Team members: Vanessa James, Stephanie Miller, Brooke Templar
Named Team of the Quarter for Q3, the Quality Assurance (QA) team earned this recognition through their exceptional teamwork and leadership in improving communication, coordination and efficiency across QA processes. Vanessa streamlined system release coordination by creating a dedicated chat for real-time updates and maintaining accurate tracking in the system database. Brooke and Stephanie led two major process improvements: one that blended call auditing schedules across contracts to simplify workloads, and another that removed an outdated scorecard system, saving time and reducing costs. The team enhanced internal support, ensured timely and accurate audits and introduced solutions that benefited both their colleagues and the organization.
Process Improvement of the Quarter
Improved Quality-Focused ERSVS Monthly Status Report
Team members: Barbara Feliciano, Franco Florentino, John Mott
The Q3 Process Improvement of the Quarter enhanced the Eastern Region Site Verification Services (ERSVS) Monthly Status Report to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) by adding new, quality-focused slides that highlight performance metrics, correction trends, second-level quality reviews and monthly activities. The changes improved transparency and demonstrated Palmetto GBA’s commitment to quality assurance, helping CMS better understand how Palmetto GBA meets contractual standards. This process enhancement improved the communication of quality efforts by 100 percent.
