CX Award Winner Sunita Clark employs golden rule when interacting with customers

The Customer Experience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.

“I believe customer service is treating each situation ─ whether a phone call, a piece of correspondence or an interaction with a coworker ─ as if you are on the receiving end,” said Appeals Specialist Sunita Clark. “That is what inspires me to provide the best customer service.”

Quality Assurance Supervisor Jennifer Foit praised Clark’s willingness to research issues and work toward a resolution with customers, saying, “Sunita shares a positive experience with our customers.”
