CX Award winner Lynne Culler says great customer service is a team effort
The Customer Experience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.
“Other Palmetto GBA associates and I work together to uphold our company’s reputation of being a leading provider of high-volume claims processing to the federal government,” Lynne Culler, Applications Development Systems Analyst, said.
Application Development Manager Jaideep Pinglikar praised Culler for her “swift resolution of production issues, going that extra mile, being patient with the customer and responding to the customer needs.”
For Culler, Palmetto GBA’s expectations for every employee to provide a great experience for every person they interact with is nothing new.
“It is what was expected of me by my parents and instilled in me my whole life,” she said.
