CX Award winner Heather Hastings aims to understand and empower customers

The Customer Xperience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.

“Customer service is one of our most important jobs at Palmetto GBA,” said Business Analyst III Heather Hastings. “When working with an internal or external customer, it is important to listen and understand their issue before responding.”

Assisting customers is not just a one-and-done situation, according to Hastings.

“It is also important to explain the resolution so they will know how to solve it on their own if they have a similar issue again,” Hastings said.
