Customer Xperience Award winner Berneta Belin says patience is key to providing great service
The Customer Xperience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.
“To me great customer service is taking the time to understand the customers’ needs and to provide attentive, complete and upbeat service ensuring their needs are met,” said Customer Service Advocate II Berneta Belin.
Understanding where our customers are coming from and listening to them are key to helping them resolve issues, according to Belin.
“We must have patience, be a good listener and put ourselves in the callers’ shoes. We expect great customer service when we need it, and so do they,” she said. “It is very satisfying to know that you made a positive difference in someone’s day.”
