Customer Service Advocate Corinna Seaton-Choy says there’s always room for learning

The Customer Xperience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.

“Customer service is so much more than a ‘Hello, how may I assist you.’ It’s recognizing the importance of a one-call resolution in the complicated world we are servicing today,” says Customer Service Advocate III Corinna Seaton-Choy. “I have been working customer service for almost 20 years, and no matter where the job is or what kind of customer service I am providing, I am always learning and finding new ways to improve how I communicate with our providers.”

This perspective is one of the many reasons Seaton-Choy has been named a Customer Xperience Award winner. And she continues to strive to provide the best customer service.

“There is always room for learning, and I welcome the challenge to take on new tasks and develop new skills to make our providers experience one they will share with others,” she says.
