Randy Bailey, a Government Audit Manager, started with the JJ Audit team at the beginning of 2018 and has helped guide his team through many achievements, challenges, and workload adjustments. During a recent audit, Randy put in extensive work to develop and launch a third-level review checklist that addresses any issues. Through this development, the team exceeded all the external metrics.

Randy and his team consistently provide excellent customer service and enjoy positive relationships with clients as well as internal departments. Randy is an active member of the MAC collaboration team and attends technical conferences where he shares his knowledge. A problem solver, Randy addresses concerns, answers questions, and provides helpful information to his teammates. Recently, Randy played a key role in the Teams software launch, serving as the Audit and Reimbursements "Teams Champion".

Randy is currently collaborating with the e-Commerce team to incorporate work into the Wizard, which will increase efficiency and improve desk review and audit process quality. He has received praise from multiple project leads for his patience, clarity, and wisdom. Randy is truly an asset to the Palmetto GBA management team, and we are honored to announce him as Palmetto GBA’s 2021 fourth quarter Manager of the Quarter.
