Francee Sams, a Government Audit Manager, led the JM Audit team through one of its most successful quarters in her two-year tenure as manager. During the third quarter of 2021, Francee's team, with her leadership, navigated the return of associates from temporary work at home to full-time onsite workers, completed 85% more final settlements than the prior quarter, and onboarded six additional team members. Francee accomplished this with a team of three supervisors and 30 associates, where more than half have been in their role for less than a year. Further demonstrating their success, the team received Internal Quality Review scores of 100% during the quarter.
