In March 2022, Carl Lang became the Application Development Manager for eCommerce. He took on the responsibility of overseeing the eCommerce System Support and Operations team. Carl has shown great skill in quickly adapting to his new role and leading a talented team. Under his guidance, the team has increased its capacity to support application and security operations.

Thanks to Carl's leadership, his team also has implemented several process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency for both the team and the beneficiaries and providers we support. We are thrilled to announce Carl Lang as our Q2 2023 Manager of the Quarter for his tremendous work and outstanding leadership.
