Jaideep Pinglikar joined the Palmetto GBA team as an Application Development Manager in August 2019 assuming responsibilities for several areas including System Support, the Mill, the Medical Review development team, and the Third Party Liability (TPL) development team.

Jaideep has shown superior dedication and leadership during the transitioning of the DEX™ Application (a molecular diagnostic (MDx) test identification and policy management solution) which was accomplished in less than 90 days, a remarkable achievement in its own right.

Even during the pandemic, while most of his staff works from home, Jaideep always keeps a calm demeanor assisting and leading with a smile. Congratulations on being recognized as Palmetto GBA’s Manager of the Quarter for the 2021 first quarter.
