During the second quarter of 2025, Jaideep Pinglikar, manager of Application Development, showed strong leadership that contributed to his team’s success in several vital initiatives. His strategic guidance on a major cloud project helped the team meet their deadline. Jaideep also became the primary contact with a health data server vendor, helping to solve problems faster and ensuring a cooperative environment during negotiations. Recognizing rising production support costs, he proactively analyzed the data and introduced effective tracking methods to improve planning on future projects. Jaideep’s willingness to step up in complex situations, support his team and deliver effective solutions earned him the Excellence in Leadership Award and the title of Manager of the Quarter.
