Ashley Williams-McCorkle shares secrets to creating a great Customer Xperience
The Customer Xperience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.
“The Customer Xperience to me is providing exceptional service to ensure the consumer is satisfied with our products and services so they return to us in the future,” said Customer Service Coordinator Ashley Williams-McCorkle.
Providing excellent customer service requires a lot work and creative problem-solving, according to Williams-McCorkle.
“If you do not know an answer, utilize your resources!” she says. “Ask a coworker or supervisor. If you cannot provide an immediate answer, you can at least direct the customer in the right direction.”
There is one piece of advice that Williams-McCorkle says always results in a great customer experience.
“Keep a positive attitude,” she says. “Customers can hear your emotion in your voice. If you start off on a positive note, it can make your customer interaction positive as well.”
