Adopting customer perspective allows CX Award winner Mark Cade to find resolutions
The Customer Experience (CX) recognition honors Palmetto GBA associates who consistently go above and beyond. Their customers and co-workers applaud their commitment to being ALL About Service.
“When a supplier calls the customer service line, they are looking for answers,” said Provider Enrollment Analyst Mark Cade. “Partial answers or no answers at all can lead to frustration and sometimes anger. I look at the situation from their perspective and work to find the answers to their question or concerns. If I cannot, I work with coworkers and the customers to find a resolution.”
His commitment to providing customers with thorough care to reach a resolution is part of why Enrollment Manager Michael Holoman says Cade deserves to be recognized as a CX Award winner.
“Whenever he receives a phone call from a supplier, he ensures he meets all their needs and answers all their questions so that one phone call is the last phone call they need to make,” Holoman said.
