Vast Diagnostic Testing Registry Simplifies Medicare Claims Process

As the program administrator of the Molecular Diagnostic Program (MolDX) that establishes policies, procedures and payor controls for claims adjudication across 28 states, Palmetto GBA has operationalized the complex process by using the Diagnostics Exchange (DEX®) genetic testing registry. Our Molecular Diagnostics team has adapted the system to be fully automated and scalable, setting the groundwork to expand access and services beyond Medicare.
