There are countless seasons in the life of an organization. And while some are marked by external outcomes, others center more on internal process and future achievement. From a business perspective, 2025 saw improvement in our performance metrics, two contract awards, and the expansion of several programs we administer. This is only possible because of our greatest asset and for this reason 2025 was defined by a commitment to invest deeply in Palmetto GBA’s people. By providing pathways for employee growth, we expect this investment to pay dividends for many seasons to come.
With a continued focus on recognizing contributions and supporting professional development, we introduced the Nectar Rewards and Recognition Program — a way to quickly spotlight significant achievements and everyday actions that further great service to customers and coworkers alike. We also expanded the popular Pathstream career development program. Since July of 2025, more than 200 employees have enrolled in advanced skills training certificate modules. These initiatives create new opportunities to grow, acknowledge outstanding work, and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
We are equally proud of the many ways associates give back to our communities. In 2025, Palmetto GBA associates contributed more than $250,000 to the United Way, directly supporting those in need. And from participating in company-led efforts, like support for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to associates’ own personal acts of service and advocacy, our compassion was evident. Moreover, it affirmed the knowledge that strengthening ourselves means doing the same for our neighbors.
As Palmetto GBA looks ahead, we do so from a position of inner strength. All we’ve built, combined with the dedication of our talented team, gives me utmost confidence in our ability to navigate future challenges. Together, we are well positioned to create a bright and promising future.
